Spare parts & equipment cleaning technology
Cham Clean chemicals are fine chemicals developed in an environmentally friendly manner. These chemicals are used to treat the surfaces of various steel and non-ferrous metals (aluminum, copper and copper alloys, and various steel materials).
Effectively removes oxides (rust) and deposits (organic and inorganic substances). Can remove deposits from various materials without damaging the material.
Depending on the material used and the composition of the material to be removed, products such as ECOS-R421 / ECOS-MX / ECOS-S840 / ECOS-NSM55 are provided.
We provide precision chemicals that remove contaminated or oxidized surfaces of cooling, nozzles, filters, and various components used in various industries without damaging the material. The appropriate chemical can be selected depending on the type (organic, inorganic) and the material attached.
We provide chemicals that remove contaminated or oxidized surfaces of cooling, nozzles, filters, and various components used in various industries without damaging the material.
The selection of appropriate chemicals can be done based on the type of material (organic material, inorganic material) and its ingredients.

Effect of the ECOS-Di/R1 circulation cleaning method
- Thorough removal of rust inhibitors with a high-performance, water-soluble cleaner
- Non-evaporative cleaner, no harm to the environment
- Safe cleaning composition based on food additives
- Treatment to prevent re-rusting after cleaning
Fine chemical cleaning for Steam Rotor
We provide fine chemical cleaning agents and methods to remove heavy and light rust preventatives on rotors (HP/LP), balance drums, diaphragms, steam guides, and special bolts & nuts made of various materials without damaging the base material.
▷ Chemical Cleaning Summary
The steam guide rotor and diaphragm are made as a system that rotates the steam rotor at high speed under high temperature and high pressure, and then coated with medium and light rust organic anti-rust agents.
Before installation, the rust preventative must be completely removed to prevent damage from the rust preventative to the steam supply system.
This is necessary to prevent contamination.
Cleaning steps
- Anti-rust remover spray cleaner
- Half-water rinse
- Short-term spraying of water-soluble anti-rust agent
- Air Blowing
- Check cleaning status
- Short-term storage and packaging at designated locations
Effect of ECOS-MXR circulation cleaning method
- Thorough removal of rust inhibitors with high-performance water-soluble cleaner
- Non-evaporative cleaner, no harm to the environment
- Safe cleaning composition based on food additives
- Treatment to prevent re-rusting after cleaning
Rotor Cleaner (QuickClean-MXR) is a pressure spray method suitable for cleaning power plants.
Safety and performance have been proven when applied in confined indoor spaces on site.
- Power plant: KOMIPO (Boryeong)
- GS ENR (Kumi)
Concerns about cleaning with organic solvents
Cleaning of rust-preventive oils usually uses organic solvents, but cleaning with organic solvents in a confined space can cause a fire, or cleaning in a room without adequate disposal facilities because VOCs in organic solvents can cause a fire, can be harmful to the human body.
